What do you think is the reason why Jonah made that decision? How does this story relate to Christians?

  1. I think Jonah did not want to go to Nineveh because of the people that lived their. It's not that he wanted to disobey the Lord it's that he did not want to preach to the people who he thought were evil. I think this story relates to Christians to show and ask you how far you will go for God, if whatever he asks you you will obey it. That's all.

  2. Good work Ashley! I did not think of it that way. I like your explanation and the point you trying to make. The path Jonah chose is a path in which a lot of Christians are choosing. Instead of doing the will of God, they do otherwise by responding to their own desires.
